Faculty

Meet our faculty, the largest department of medical historians in the US. Our diverse research and teaching interests range from the early modern period to the present with a global perspective, including particular strengths in America, Europe, East Asia, and Africa. Thematically we research histories of global health and disease; biomedicine; medical ways of knowing; healing practices; and the body.

Students
